Dissociative Amnesia - Inability to recall extreme personal details, e.g birthday.
Dissociative Figure - Unable to recall some details of the past, the sudden urge to get away from home, and feeling as if you have lost your identity.
Dissociative Identity Disorder - Unable to recall personal details, two (or more) separate identities/personalities seem to be present.
Dissociative Disorder (Not Otherwise Specified NOS) - Disruption in consciousness, memory, identity, or perception of the environment. Coma states or unconsciousness may occur, something not defined by any other dissociative disorder.
